His keen insights have helped the Company progress into the New Construction, Residential Repaint, Commercial, and Construction business. We have a great Company with tremendous people, says Bill. Brian is an energetic, driven leader who brings 20 years of experience to All American Painting, Inc. His enduring passion is to empower everyone at AAP, Inc. to work together to deliver exceptional results. He’s known for his outstanding execution, relationship skills, and creating an environment where everyone is proud to be on a winning team.
Founded in 2015 by owners Brian Rouse and Bill Schoep, All American Painting, Inc. was built on three basic principles.
We’re going to do it right, quickly, and safely. To this very day, we install these three things into every one of our employees every day.
We believe in a professional diverse work force here at All American Painting, Inc. says Brian Rouse. We hire only the very best and expect perfection on every job. We don’t believe in sub-contracting out any of our work. All of our employees go through our rigorous training program and work directly for AAP,Inc.
